We offer
The Information Technology Specialist, in collaboration with the Information Technology (IT) team, will provide time sensitive, complete solutions to the internal as well as external customers. This position supports our Microsoft Windows based systems, workstation environment by performing initial troubleshooting of problems, researching and answering questions, and escalating to the appropriate team members as necessary. This position must have the ability to coordinate at multiple levels and provide great customer service in a timely manner.
Education - Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required. May substitute two (2) years of relevant working experience for the required degree.
Experience - Two (2) years of hands-on experience supporting users in a production environment.
Other Requirement(s) - Active Microsoft 365 certification that aligns closely with the responsibilities of this role (e.g. M365 Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, etc) is required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.
