Job Summary
This position assists and supports the Medical Services programs leadership team including the Chief Medical Officer, Associate Chief Medical Officer, Medical Directors, FM Residency Program Site Director, and Advanced Practice Provider Job Trainee Director with administrative duties to support clinical care services and operational activities. This 1.0 FTE is a shared administrative position: 0.5 FTE supports the APP Job Trainee Program, 0.2 FTE supports the FM Residency Program, and 0.3 FTE of this position supports the administrative needs of Medical Services programs. This position is responsible for coordinating the AAAHC accreditation process for the Medical Services programs.
Education - Bachelor’s degree required. May substitute four (4) years of relevant work experience for the education requirement.
Experience - Two (2) years’ experience in residency program coordination, customer service and office administration with at least one year experience providing administrative support to an executive dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Project management experience preferred.
