Job Summary
The Patient Access Manager plans, organizes, administers and monitors the Medical Record, Call Center and Referral programs to ensure effective and efficient operations; supervises assigned staff; and ensures all services complies with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, standards and agency policies and procedures.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. May substitute four (4) years of relevant work experience for the required degree.
Experience : Five (5) years of experience in healthcare management, with at least three (3) years of call center, referral and / or health information management experience.
Other Requirement(s) : Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance required. Ability to drive to ICHS locations within King County.
