We offer
This position is a part of the Healthy Aging and Wellness Program (HAWP) and works closely with Adult Day Services (ADS) clients and the ADS Multidisciplinary Team. Responsibilities include administrative support for ADS, coordinating individualized care services for ADS clients, maintaining internal health records, and providing direct support to the day center as needed.
Education - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Social/Human Services or related field preferred.
Experience - Previous experience in healthcare and/or social services required. Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler’s Permit are required and can be obtained during new hire training. Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or other Pacific Islander language proficiency preferred.
