Paid Volunteer Opportunity: Local Coordinator – International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES)
Are you passionate about youth exchange programs? We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Local Coordinators! This flexible, part-time, work-from-home position involves connecting international high school students with host families in the U.S., facilitating positive relationships with schools, and providing ongoing support throughout the students' stay.
Position Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen volunteer host families
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local high schools
- Support and mentor exchange students throughout their program
Position Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and caring disposition
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in foreign cultures
- Skilled in networking and approachable
- Enjoy working with youth ages 15-18
- High school diploma with at least 7 years of post-high school work or life experience
- Responsible, with reliable transportation
Compensation and Travel Opportunities:
- Earnings: This is a commission-based, supplemental income position. Local Coordinators who place 5-25 students per academic year can earn between $4,000 and $30,000 annually from placement and supervision fees, plus bonuses.

- Annual Training Conferences: Meet our team at annual conferences, typically held in Las Vegas or Orlando, where we cover travel and hotel expenses for coordinators who place three students in a school year.
