The Cost Specialist works closely with the proposal teams in developing cost proposals and budgeting for new business efforts in compliance with solicitation requirements. The Cost Specialist works under the general supervision of the Sr Advisor, Cost and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in pricing, budgeting, and preparation of cost proposals for select capture and proposal efforts.
• Prepare supporting documentation for proposal submissions, including budget narratives and financial information.
• In collaboration with the Sr Advisor, design budget and cost proposal templates for different types of cost proposals.
• Provides support to proposal teams and leadership to assist in the development of winning proposals.
• Helps analyze financial impact of proposed terms and conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
