Established in 1969, it is the first credentials evaluation service in the U.S. and in the world.JOB DESCRIPTIONIERF is seeking a part-time Document Assistant to join our client support team. The Document Assistant is responsible for processing transcripts and diplomas of varying sizes and languages that are submitted to our office. This includes logging / recording documents received, data entry, filing, scanning and other administrative tasks, as needed.QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUESTED- U.S. associate's degree or equivalent- General office work experience preferred - Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute - Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS 365 (e.g., Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands and priorities- Exceptional attention to detailSALARY RANGE$17 -$19 an hourNOTEThis position is part-time (approximately 4 hours per day) and is on site in our Culver City office.
