About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team at International Electronic Machines Corporation. This full-time position will involve day-to-day tasks related to preparing marketing materials, managing customer databases, creating proposals, data analysis, price calculations, and sales management within the transportation safety and security solutions industry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming RFP opportunities within the entire domestic and international rail industry
- Conduct internet research and develop effective marketing strategies
- Identify and evaluate sales opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns
- Assist in drafting, producing, and compiling supporting documents for proposals and bids
- Coordinate, track, and maintain data on sales, proposals, product inquiries, and literature
- Create and modify literature, catalogs, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Publisher
- Update and maintain the company's CRM database
Requirements
- Strong marketing presentation skills
- Experience in active RFPs, bids, and tenders is preferred
- Knowledge of the transportation safety and security solutions industry is an asset
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines is required
- Solid organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
