About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at International Execusearch LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring the quality and accuracy of test results, and providing direction and guidance to laboratory staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall operation in assigned clinical department, encompassing planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and performing tests requiring special scientific skills.
- Responsible for the quality programs and adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Attends laboratory management meetings and informs employees of pertinent information.
- Ensures that technical personnel are responsive to client inquiries or problems.
Qualifications:
- Two to three years' successful experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
- Previous experience with a Laboratory Information System (LIS) preferred.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills are required.
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively and courteously communicate with all confidential employees and clients.
