In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs, demonstrating our digital banking options, fulfilling customers’ day-to-day transactional needs, as well as advising customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs. You will also identify referral opportunities to a subject matter expert or appropriate relationship banker.CompensationPay range is $19.50 - $23.50 / hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM; Rotational Saturday shift (hours may vary)Required QualificationsAssociate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; orHigh school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment requiredRetail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industryExtensive knowledge of banking / financial products and services, and ability to comprehend and grasp finance and credit conceptsMust project a welcoming presence when interacting with customersStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsMust be digitally savvy, confident and well-versed on the use of digital banking technology to fulfill routine day-to-day needsDetail oriented with excellent follow-throughAgile and resourceful as it relates to working in a fast-paced changing environmentUpbeat and positive, growth mindset, and quick learnerStrategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger teamBenefitsWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
