Who You Are
- You have at least three years of law firm experience primarily representing private equity sponsors, private or public companies, and other types of borrowers in secured transactions, particularly in connection with acquisition financings.
- You are a team player with a high level of initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrable client relationship skills.
- You are a member of the State Bar of California.
