JOB DESCRIPTION
District Leader
The District Leader is directly accountable and responsible for the direction, coordination, supervision, and profitability of all activities for a specific office location. The District Leader will plan, lead, and direct the growth of the district and execute other assigned duties at the President’s and Vice Presidents’ direction. The District Leader is ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality systems and service to ensure customer satisfaction and communicates all District financial data, future business growth opportunities, and general economic outlook to the company President. The District Leader administers International Fire Protection policies, while focusing on the staffing growth and development of employees within the district while maintaining a positive Attitude.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related discipline is desirable. Industry certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience in construction management, customer service, sales, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
- Proven ability and track record of performing work in a timely manner and meeting deadlines.
- Possess good communication skills and be detail oriented.
- Leadership experience.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must pass a drug screen test and a background check.

- Participate in local trade group/association functions.
Strategy
Develop a long-range strategic business plan that is aligned with the overall IFP plan, which will include revenue and profit projections.

- Consider long-range economic trends and industry prospects for future growth in overall sales, market share, acquisitions, and expansion into new market areas.
