This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing data entry tasks, and processing overages, shortages, and damage orders for the accounting team to invoice or credit customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring customer interactions and order processing accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Accurately input customer orders and relevant information into internal systems.
- Ensure all records are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.
- Review customer orders for overages, shortages, and damages and make necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure proper documentation and timely issuance of customer invoices or credits based on order discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to verify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
