The Department of Nutrition & Food Services has units at several campuses including Parnassus, Mount Zion, Mission Bay, St. Francis, and St. Mary's. This position coordinates, advises, and provides information and project management support to department personnel.

Responsibilities include :
- Primary support for the Director of Nutrition & Food Services.
- Management of the Event Management System (EMS) Room Scheduling system infrastructure.
- Expansion and projects oversight of the departmentally contracted Cvent Event Management tool.
- Operational support for Moffitt Catering and other areas as directed by the Director.
This person uses skills as a seasoned and experienced administrative professional to manage, plan, and administer tasks within Nutrition & Food Services related to operations and other miscellaneous support related to department initiatives. This position coordinates processes and projects in conjunction with other campuses and has indirect relationships supporting projects and initiatives with department Managers, Supervisors, Associate Directors, and the Business Office Manager.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
Salary Range : $75,700 - $123,100 (Annual Rate).
