Expected work schedule for the Taiwanese Ministry Specialist :
- Full- or part-time, flexible schedule
- Occasional evenings and / or weekends for specific events / projects
- Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
Pay structure for a Taiwanese Ministry Specialist :
Requires the development of a ministry partner team which supplies the necessary prayer and financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expensesTraining is provided to develop a team of ministry partnersPay range is typically between $25,709 and $80,000 after the period of support development, based on experience and other factorsTaiwanese Ministry Specialist Benefits :

The overall role of the Taiwanese Ministry Specialist is to assist IFI locations to serve international students from Taiwan in practical ways and train and equip students and volunteers for service to Taiwanese international students. While working on the National team in Columbus, OH, this job can be done remotely.
The Taiwanese Ministry Specialist will (list not all inclusive) :
Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role by sharing the vision of the ministryResearch and understand the needs of Taiwanese international studentsMinister to Taiwanese international students by establishing connections, developing reproducing Bible discussion groups and 1-on-1 interactions, attending outreach activities, and mentoring 3-4 Taiwanese studentsRecruit and train volunteers to serve on a campus ministry team, including developing training and programs to effectively develop relationships with Taiwanese international studentsConnect with student associations and community groupsQualifications needed of a Taiwanese Ministry Specialist, including Spiritual Characteristics

Minimum of a Bachelor degreeMinimum of three (3) years of living in Taiwan or serving Taiwanese International students / immigrantsInternational Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization.
