Duties include primary responsibility for advising Company management regarding U.S. securities laws and NYSE listing standards and supporting corporate governance matters. The Assistant General Counsel must be practical, business-oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Secretary and be an integral member of the Company’s Corporate Secretary organization within the Global Legal Department. The position will be located in Providence, R.I. and will involve quarterly travel to London. The estimated starting compensation range is $123,500 - $240,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
