As a leader in the casino gaming industry, IGT is looking for a talented individual to take on the role of a Cloud Systems Engineer who is passionate about superior customer service focused on IGT’s next generation Cloud / WAN / LAN Managed Services. The Cloud Systems Engineer is responsible for the design and development of builds, scripts, installation procedures, and systems including source code control and issue tracking. Provide communication and collaboration between software development and infrastructure teams. As a member of the Cloud team, the System Engineer plays a key role in the success of IGT implementations. The role is responsible for end-to-end stability, performance, and tuning of IGT applications stack in various cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Responsibilities
- Experienced in working within Cloud platforms with a focus on availability, reliability, and automation.
- Exposure or understanding of containerization platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-availability solutions.
- Integrate, test, and maintain IGT systems and associated applications.
- Maintain production infrastructures hosting IGT’s software across multiple platforms.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and reproduce reported issues / problems within a lab environment.
- Carry out activities related to new installations, maintenance, and long-term support of IGT’s gaming systems & software applications.
- Establish and build relationships internally and externally.
- Exceed expectations for currently established SLA’s related to global systems engineering support.
- Conform to standardized processes and procedures when operating remote connectivity solutions.
- Stay current with existing and emerging technologies relevant to the business.
- Produce and provide input in the definition or modification of current technical documentation and processes.
- Function in a high-paced, high-demand working environment.
- Participate in multiple service-oriented projects involving several major product lines and platforms.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,281 - $156,700. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.
