The Creative Design Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of all graphical elements related to instant ticket design, marketing materials, and production-ready files. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to ensure that designs meet client standards, manufacturing specifications, and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design Development :
- Develop design concepts based on targeted sales efforts and client requests.
- Create scratch ticket designs, ticket inserts, and related marketing materials.
- Ensure designs adhere to client standards, brand guidelines, legal requirements, and production specifications.
- Work closely with Account Services, Sales, and Prepress teams to ensure seamless communication regarding file preparation and design adjustments.
- Collaborate with other CDS’s to ensure designs are optimized for production.
- Participate in special projects and assist foreign markets as needed.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $33,800- $85,176. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
