The Position:
Our recently upgraded office/production facility in San Marcos, allows us to immediately add two talented people to our team. As a sales professional, you will introduce our magnificent line of custom horticultural products to new commercial customers. This full-time, in-office role offers a competitive salary, commissions, and comprehensive benefits including health and life insurance, paid vacation, a 401K plan, and other perks.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador – Contact existing and potential clients to represent our brands in a positive light to increase brand awareness and sales.
Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding the unique needs of our customers and providing them with tailored solutions.
Product Expertise – Develop a deep knowledge of our tree and plant species and the proprietary construction techniques that set products apart.
Sales Process – Oversee the entire sales process from the initial contact through contract signing.
Market Analysis – Identify and seize new opportunities and trends within commercial sectors.
Consultative Selling – Provide expert advice and customized solutions tailored to each customer’s project needs.
