Support our Housekeeping team by ensuring supplies are stocked and readily available, that our public and meeting spaces are impeccably maintained. Attend to guest requests promptly. Ensure all of our guests receive high quality and personalized service with a smile.
Core Responsibilities :
- Ensure the cleanliness of the entire lobby, loa, sidewalks, terraces, meeting spaces, offices and tenant areas throughout the day,
- Remove soiled linen and trash from all areas and restock on continuous basis throughout the day. Ensure correct disposal of all rubbish from the floors daily
- Provide clean linen and supplies to all necessary guest areas
- Clean and service public area bathrooms and Ambassador breakroom areas to the standard of cleanliness required by the hotel
- Set up, maintain, tear down and clean meeting rooms / public spaces for events as per Banquet Event Order (BEO. Ensure room is reset and ready for site inspection once meeting departs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the outside dumpster area and the floors
- Responsible for bio-hazardous clean up
- Complete assigned special projects by management
- Offer the hotel guest the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner, having knowledge of venue and hotel information
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Move and lift beds, cribs, bed boards and furniture, etc. as required and instructed by the Team Leader
- Follow key procedures and take responsibility for assigned keys
- Coordinate and assist with stocking inventory as required
- Live the Vibe Card daily
- Follow the appearance and dress policy in the handbook. Wear the currently uniform assigned for the season.
- Maintain an impeccable uniform
