What youll do :
- Administrator of the maintenance parts and inventory management system (MP2) to include directing and performing cycle counts, requisitioning, receiving, shipping, stocking and developing requested reports.
- Provide assistance to the Purchasing, Engineering and Maintenance groups on the procurement of facility and manufacturing equipment parts.
- Involvement in the planning process for prescheduled maintenance events to ensure that the appropriate parts are available prior to the start of the event.
- Understand and track all related parts that are used in the facility for manufacturing equipment
- Research best cost alternatives on OEM and other specialized parts, or as requested and then review results with requisitioner and then promptly send parts out for repair .
- Assist maintenance personnel as directed by manager.
