Location: Whitehall, WI
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
Shift Differentials: $3.15 per hour for 2nd shift, $2.10 per hour for 3rd shift
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
- 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all plant safety requirements established to protect employees and company assets.
- Will be required to work efficiently in all areas of production include but not limited to: receiving, shipping, batching, drying, bagging, and stacking
- Operate plant equipment within established procedures
- Follow product quality assurance requirements as outlined in the QC manual to protect employees and company assets.
- Complete all necessary production recordkeeping in a timely manner.
- Support all production equipment to insure smooth operations & maintain clean tools.
- Follow all established plant housekeeping requirements.
- Communicate any Quality, Maintenance, or Safety issues.
- Contribute to the team environment by sharing ideas towards continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical, electrical helpful
- Time management and organizational skill
- Able to lift 60 pounds frequently
