• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognised institution by the Government from a local higher education institution or a recognised equivalent qualification.
• Possess at least five (5) years' working experience in the related field.
• Resourceful, knowledge on civil engineering, operations and management skill.
• Good skill in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and AutoCad.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadline.
• Possess high level of integrity.
• Able to work in a team, committed and dedicated to work.
• Able to work independently in fast pace environment.
• Energetic and has good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned request for upgrading works from the end-user including liaising with the end-user and conducting site visit to get detailed information on the end-user's requirement.
• Prepare details scope of work in a form of Bills of Quantities and cost estimate for confirmation of the end-users for the assigned projects.
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the implementation of the assigned projects in accordance with the approved design, materials and product specification.
• Conduct valuation for verification and recommendation of payment due to contractors for assigned projects.
• Conduct inspections to ensure facilities and infrastructure and well maintained.
  
  

LANGUAGE QUALIFICATION

All candidates must have obtained Credit (at least C) in Bahasa Malaysia and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
