International Isotopes Inc. has an immediate opening for (2) full-time enty-level Manufacturing Support Technicians with the opportunity to move into more crucial manufacturing roles based on experience and aptitude.
Job Description
The Manufacturing Support Technician will support manufacturing operations by performing various tasks including manufacturing foam inserts and building boxes, receiving and processing shipping returns, assisting in shipping, and safely handling radioactive materials in preparation for shipping.
Tasks include setting up manufacturing equipment, inspecting packaging for defects, improving efficiency, working closely across departments, and maintaining and replenishing inventory of parts and supplies needed for shipping operations.
Candidate should be reliable, on time, meet and exceed expectations by taking responsibility for his/her assigned duties and being an active learner in the manufacturing processes of the company. For additional skill requirements see below.
