Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Early Literacy Coordinator to join our team at the International Leadership of Texas. As a key member of our instructional leadership team, you will support teachers in developing their literacy skills and improving student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement literacy programs and initiatives to support teacher and student success.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice and student outcomes.
- Collaborate with the ELAR Curriculum Coordinator to design and implement literacy programs and initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions to support teachers and students.
Requirements:
- Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsement in bilingual education.
- Three years of teaching experience in subject area assigned.
- Masters degree from accredited university with a major in education or related field.
