International Marketing Group (IMG) is a marketing and logistics company that operates in a number of specialized markets including broadcast television shopping, third party logistics (3PL) services, online retail and liquidations. We provide a number of different services including marketing and sales management, direct fulfillment, inventory management, technical expertise, customer service, and more. IMG has developed strategic relationships with a multitude of vendor partners – both large and small – to build their brands and provide attractive, differentiated product offerings to end consumers within each respective industry.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Providing Marketing and Internal Administrative Support – Work with the team to develop product positioning, on-air host training documents, participate in brainstorming sessions, developing marketing and sales collateral, copywriting, creating product proposals, etc. Provide information, reports, documentation, etc. to ensure communication of information internally and update administration paperwork as required by our partners so that our products can be aired or placed on their respective Internet sites.
- Order and Client Maintenance - Manage orders in IMG’s system including setting up skus, kits, customers, 3PL clients, activity billing, order entry, cancellations, managing backorder situations, etc.
- Superior Customer Service - Communicating with IMG’s customers or the end-user, actively participating in solving challenges in the most effective way possible, providing information as to the status of orders already placed, backorders, product transitions, return authorizations, confirming orders and verifying information for large product truck deliveries, etc. It is imperative to ensure our customers and ultimately the end-user customer has the best experience possible.
- Operations Support - Supporting the warehouse team including creating documents as needed and during high volume shipping days and during 4th quarter assisting with various warehouse functions (shipping on the line, in pick and pack, at a bagger station, etc.)
