Position Overview
International Corporation, a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution network, has an exciting new opportunity for an Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity to join our Research and Development team. The position is based out of our World Headquarters in Lisle, IL and is a part of the Systems Integration group within the Embedded Systems organization.
The Engineering Manager - Cybersecurity will be responsible for managing a group of engineers to implement a complete test strategy for Cyber Security for the International EE architecture. The Engineering Manager will work with a cross functional team to identify solutions, monitor progress through engineering development process, and work with the validation teams to ensure changes are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage all training and tools necessary
- Build and maintaining a complete vehicle cyber security test rig
- Define requirements for suppliers, systems, and complete vehicle
- Execute all test cases as defined by the TARA
- Implement a Red Team with limited access for secure testing
- Document and communicate verification reports
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
- At least 8 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing technical professionals and technical staff in engineering and design activities
OR
- Master's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
- At least 6 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing technical professionals and technical staff in engineering and design activities
OR
- PhD in Engineering , Engineering Technology or Computer Science
- At least 4 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing technical professionals and technical staff in engineering and design activities
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
