Position Overview
As Manager of Funding, your day is centered around supporting the Director of Funding in the oversight of International Financial's funding activities. This involves daily pricing reviews, hedging analysis, asset based reporting and general analysis that collectively drive the growth and profitability of our financial services portfolios.
Additionally, you'll spend time building and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies through regular communications. Monitoring funding markets is key, as you assess alternative funding structures like warehouse, wholesale, and retail securitization, as well as syndication.
Responsibilities
- Support Treasury functions related to borrowing base management, pricing analysis, hedging, reporting and other functions as necessary.
- Communicate daily with various Trustees on asset positions and funds movements.
- Support annual debt issuances by preparing investor presentations and other necessary materials.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support cash management and funding decisions.
- Prepare monthly reports for external and internal requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other functional areas, including IT, Credit and Accounting.
- Maintain functional procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of financial services and/or funding experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- Master’s degree
- At least 3 years of financial services and/or funding experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
- At least 8 years of financial services and/or funding experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Treasury and Accounting software (treasury workstations, ERPs, etc)
- Understanding of financial instruments (SOFR, swap rates, etc)
- Familiarity with borrowing bases for asset-based debt facilities
