We have affiliates in 25 states and territories in the US, in addition to global partnerships with other OCD organizations and mental health non-profits around the world.
The mission of the IOCDF is to help those affected by obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders to live full and productive lives. Our aim is to increase access to effective treatment through research and training, foster a hopeful and supportive community for those affected by OCD and the professionals who treat them, and fight stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications
- Passion for the mission of the IOCDF and a desire to make a difference.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite is required.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Donor Relations & Gift Processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for donor inquiries, monitoring the donations inbox and responding to or triaging inquiries as needed.
- Process online, check, and direct deposit donations in Salesforce in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate donor acknowledgments.
- Prepare and send donation invoices and agreements.
- Update donor and event files and spreadsheets as needed.
- Database & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by adhering to data entry protocols and supporting database clean-up projects.
- Generate donor and fundraising reports as needed.
- Keep charity profiles (e.g., GuideStar, Charity Navigator) current.
- Manage fundraising platform data (e.g., PayPal Giving, Benevity, Meta), ensuring accurate retrieval and reporting as needed.
- Assist with prospect research as needed.
- Sponsorship & Grants
- Prepare and send sponsorship and grant invoices and agreements.
- Update sponsorship and grant deliverable information in relevant systems.
- Assist with sponsor and grant reports, pulling data as requested by development staff.
- Administrative Support
- Take minutes for Development Committee meetings and other meetings as needed.
- Complete mailings for in-house development print projects.
- Provide additional support to the development team as needed.
