OPEN POSITIONS
We are looking to hire three team members:
- 1st Shift Press Operator – Runs metal stamping presses to produce machine gun links and hardware.
- 2nd Shift Press Operator – Operates stamping equipment during second shift, ensuring production continuity.
- Crossover Floater – A flexible role covering Press Room, Heat-Treat, and Phosphate Departments, assisting where needed to maintain workflow and quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate punch presses and metal stamping equipment to manufacture precision components, primarily machine gun links and related hardware.
- Load and align raw materials in the die, ensuring proper placement for each cycle.
- Monitor press performance to maintain consistency in production and prevent defects.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major malfunctions to the tool room / maintenance team.
- Work with the Quality Department to address defects and improve production processes.
- Track production output and variances using tracking tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Crossover position would have additional / more diverse responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in metal stamping or press operation preferred, especially in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical person preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure parts meet military-grade standards.
- Basic computer skills for tracking production data.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
