Join us at International Paper! We are a leading global supplier of renewable fiber-based products and are currently seeking an experienced Area Production Supervisor to join our team at the Mansfield Mill in Louisiana.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the evaporator and recovery process, as well as supporting the steam system, gas, raw water treatment, and electric power distribution to the mill.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education/experience and five years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Utilities area operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recovery area operations team and operating shift crews to achieve the mill and Recovery Department objectives
- Develop process improvement plans and implement systems for continuous improvement
- Manage the performance and development of salaried and hourly members
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $129,900 - $171,100 per year
