The Job You Will Perform :

The Graphic Designer Lead position provides our customers with complex, state-of-the-art point-of-purchase display solutions at the highest level. The Graphic Designer Lead produces exceptional renderings and artwork for a variety of point-of-purchase displays, packaging, promotional collateral, presentation materials, and signage. The position requires an advanced understanding of industry expectations, expert knowledge of manufacturing and printing techniques, designing for cost-effectiveness, participating in or leading client presentations, mentoring designers, and supporting other department initiatives.

• Develop exceptional graphics, 3D conceptual renderings, and production art for all types of design projects.
• Work directly with sales, structural designers, project managers, art director, and clients to understand creative requirements then translate those requirements into a creative merchandising solution.
• Work independently, managing both creative content and work schedule to successfully complete requested tasks.
• Provide superior levels of productivity with consistently high levels of creativity, accuracy, and strategic thinking.
• Understanding of alternative (non-corrugated) materials.
• Collaborate with team and manager to improve the effectiveness of the Design team.
• Be able to deal with ambiguity and problem solve.
• Stay current on industry software and research new technology.
• Mentoring and providing creative direction to junior staff.
