Product Mechanical Maintenance Planner
Pay Rate : 37.32- $43.65 Hr.

The Job You Will Perform :
The key accountabilities listed below are not to be considered all-inclusive; a team member may be required to perform additional tasks, as directed, based on changing business needs of the company.
- Responsible for developing safe, comprehensive job plans for mechanical work including both daily and shutdown related activities
- Perform as a key member of the maintenance leadership team and share responsibility for guiding and shaping the direction of this high performance team
- Partner with Area Process Managers, Operations Maintenance Coordinators, and Front Line Leaders to ensure efficient prioritization, planning, and coordination of maintenance work
- Report to the Area Maintenance Manager and work to deliver comprehensive job plans that maximize the team’s effectiveness at safely executing the right work at the right time while meeting our high quality standards
- Scope, bid, and award contractor work that is both safe and effective
- Daily effective communication with hourly and salaried team members
- Effectively maintain planned work order backlog to ensure the team executes the right work at the right time
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preventative maintenance plans
- Continuously look for the most effective solutions that deliver safe and reliable results
- Understand, support, and execute the Manufacturing Work System process
