The Job You Will Perform :
- Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification
- Double check for quality issues, communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator
- Measure finished sheet for accuracy
- Insert Proper load tags into finished measured units
- Check unit for appearance
- Operate count station and load tag printer
- Restack non-conforming units
- Hand-flip bundles when warped, or otherwise required
- Determine whether order is complete or partial
- Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
- Operator must be proficient in using / reading tape measure and safe use of utility knife
- Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris, including keeping floor clean of sheets
- Operator must be able to safely lift / move up to 50lbs during regular work shift
- Operator must follow lock-out / tag-out procedures
- Prepare and set in place the Top dunnage for unit strapping
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading orders

- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler
- Warehouse and / or manufacturing experience
- Stable and verifiable work history
