IPS Security is looking for a Security Operations Manager for our New York City region. The Security Operations Manager will be handling heavy phone use to contact and schedule employees for callouts by utilizing our employee database, as well as managing the day to day operations. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for updating our online scheduling system, check up on personnel on post, dealing with daily operations with Clients, traveling from site to site to inspect the sites, and partnering with upper management. This position requires flexibility in schedule.
Schedule:
Thursday- Monday: 7:00am-3:00pm
Salary- $64,350.00 annually
Responsibilities:
- Capable of covering open posts and effectively managing multiple schedules.
- Ability to use a computer, enter basic data, and perform email functions.
- Ability to maintain accurate routine logs and reports.
- Able to follow all procedures and protocols consistently.
- Courteous telephone manner and ability to maintain professional composure at all times.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Good organizational and communicative skills.
- Capable of communicating with client and traveling around to various post.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience as a security operations manager or a field manager.
- High School graduate (some college education is preferred).
- Must have good decision-making skills.
- WinTeam software experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule which is subject to change to include afternoon and night shifts.
