We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Equipment Documentation Specialist. As a key member of our asset management group, the successful candidate will conduct thorough inspections of process equipment, document technical details, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections at various plants to document equipment details, condition, and technical features.
- Write detailed descriptions of equipment, photograph assets, and gather associated documentation such as drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Head of Asset Management and Head of Projects to ensure thorough data collection and accurate reporting.
- Manage inventory systems, ensuring equipment data, photos, pricing, and project information are documented and up-to-date.
- Assist sales teams by providing technical support, answering RFIs, and helping to evaluate equipment for potential sales.
