Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine stock audits
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided, if needed)
- Ensure warehouse areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or inventory-related issues
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or order management systems is a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including potential weekend or evening shifts
