International Quality Homecare is seeking full-time or part-time Home Health Aides, PCA's and Homemakers in Fairmont and the surrounding area.
The wage's very depending on experience and service.
Eligibility Requirements:
To work as a Home Health Aide (HHA), the employee must meet the following requirements:
·MN: Employee can either have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) license or he/she must complete HHA Competency Testing with an agency RN trainer.
· MN: Employee must complete 12 hours of additional In-Service Training each year.
Essential Job Function
- Assists with instrumental activities of daily living.
- Assists with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, routine catheter and colostomy care, ambulating, transfers, or positioning.
- Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles, and with dressing and grooming.
- Simple dressing changes that do not require the skills of a licensed nurse.
- Assists with medications that are ordinarily self-administered and do not require the skill of a licensed nurse for safe and effective provision.
- Assists with activities that are directly supportive of skilled therapy services but do not require the skill of a therapist to be safely and effectively performed, such as routine maintenance exercises.
- Routine care of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Incidental household services necessary to the provision of one of the above health-related services (may include housework such as light house cleaning, laundry, as well as meal preparation and feeding assistance).
- Carefully follows client care plan at all times when providing homecare services.
All tasks in the client care plan and as assigned by the Supervisor.
