Reports To: Lot Supervisor

Objective: Ensure all tasks involved with the daily operation of the lot are completed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while keeping within company guidelines and standards. Scope of activities include but are not limited to;

• Safely and secure inventory within all vehicles that enter the lot
• Provide professional service to debtors, transporters and all third parties who are authorized on the lot
• Complete condition reports in a timely manner using various applications
• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
• Report any deficiencies or abnormalities to your Lot Supervisor
• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

Growing company in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area has a need for Lot Attendants at their repossession lot. The position is full time days 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Processing repossessed vehicles with photos, condition reports and property inventories.
• Preparing vehicles for transport to Auction
• Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
• Completing all required paperwork under deadline
• Move vehicles to proper places within the lot using a tow truck

Requirements:

• Drivers License with reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge in use of technology (PC, Tablet and have a working cell phone)
• Automotive/Repo knowledge helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
