The IRC's External Relations team comprises colleagues and teams delivering marketing, fundraising, brand stewardship and communications to support this work. As part of External Relations, the Mass Markets USA (MMUSA) program is responsible for raising $70 million in unrestricted revenue annually in the U.S. market and plays a meaningful strategic role in the creation of the IRC's brand, awareness, and support for its advocacy goals.
Job Overview :
The Director, Integrated Fundraising and Marketing, leads, executes, and oversees major unrestricted fundraising campaigns designed to acquire, retain, and steward mass market donors. This position integrates audiences and channels to deliver campaigns designed to raise in excess of $70 million in unrestricted revenue for the organization annually. This role also manages two key audiences - donor-advocates and RAI donors - and is responsible for email strategy and retention-focused supporter journeys across all mass market audiences. The position reports to the Senior Director, USA Mass Market Revenue, and plays a key role on the MMUSA Leadership Team, comprised of all director-level leaders.

- Operationalize fundraising objectives and provide mentorship to support the professional growth and success of direct reports.
- Serve on the MMUSA Leadership Team and guide decision-making designed to boost MMUSA team performance and meet revenue goals.
