Job Overview: The Youth Intake Coordinator oversees and supports a team of two staff members while managing the intake process for clients seeking to access the Refugee School Impact and Refugee Youth Mentorship services. This role includes conducting eligibility screenings, providing up-to-date information about programs, carrying out Refugee School Impact enrollment, and connecting eligible community members with IRC services. The Youth Intake Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that staff effectively carry out these tasks and refer clients to external service providers as needed. Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study preferred. Work Experience: Demonstrated Skills & Competencies: Working Environment: Standard office environment and client home visits. May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
