About the Safety Sales Trainer Position : Are you passionate about safety and have a knack for teaching? Then we need you! As a Safety Sales Trainer, you’ll bring your industry know-how and energy to QSSP, training safety sales pros both virtually and in-person. We’re looking for someone who loves to mix real-world stories, interactive activities, and group problem-solving into their lessons. You’ll be part of a team that’s helping safety sales pros grow their expertise and improve safety across industries.
Flexibility and Commitment : This is a part-time, remote consulting position—perfect for professionals looking to contribute their expertise alongside their current full-time roles. Across a year, we anticipate a need for – hours of training. The ideal candidate is available to support 3 to 5 training sessions per year, each lasting 4 full days (some in-person, some virtual). We typically provide 4 months advance notice before scheduling a course and will work with your schedule. Additionally, there will be opportunities for extra hours developing curriculum for short, on-demand courses through our QSSP Essentials program. Here’s an overview of the commitment :
- Leading in-person training : 70–80 hours / year (divided across two 4-day courses)
- Leading virtual training : 70–80 hours / year (divided across two 4-day courses)
- Developing new on-demand courses : 20 hours / year
