Job Specifications Overview
- Full-time [1.0 FTE]
- Plan, prepare, and deliver treatment/intervention, including consultation and follow-up services, to students with Autism or behavioral difficulties or to Autism, Inclusion, and behavioral support classes
- Write assessments for all evaluations and assessments conducted
- Create and assist staff with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Provide consultation to inclusion and behavioral support programs on an ongoing basis
- Plan and oversee behavior interventionists' and technicians' training, work, and professional development
- Establish and maintain accurate and compliant records of completed behavior support plans
- Organize and provide all staff training to help the Behavior Intervention, General, and Special Education teams incorporate accommodations to help all students in evidence-based approaches
Skills
- Two years of relevant experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Use time efficiently and effectively to provide all services and student support
- Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in languages other than English preferred
- International Baccalaureate, charter, and California public school experience preferred
