Position Overview
A well-established multi-family office is seeking an Associate Client Advisor to support Senior Client Advisors in managing personal trust and investment accounts. This role requires direct interaction with clients, trust beneficiaries, co-fiduciaries, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transactions for accuracy and completion, and facilitate daily account transactions, including wire transfers, ACH disbursements, bill payments, and fund movements.
- Coordinate investment transactions and manage cash balances for purchases and sales.
- Oversee asset transfers for new, existing, and terminating accounts.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Calculate trust distributions and coordinate tax-related information with internal and external professionals.
- Assist with account reviews and maintain client records in database systems.
- Support contact management, internal reporting, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
- Industry certification (CTFA or CFP) is a plus but not required.
- Understanding of trust accounting or estate planning concepts preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical ability for financial calculations and reporting.
- Self-motivated with a client-service mindset and strong integrity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually (dependent on experience and skills).
