Government Contracts Analyst

ISC’s team of Manufacturing Recruiters is partnering with a thriving Medical Device company to identify an experienced Government Contracts Analyst/Specialist.
The Government Contracts Analyst/Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of government contracts, including reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with regulations, and monitoring contract performance to deliver medical devices to government agencies, all while adhering to strict government procurement guidelines and legal requirements.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience with government contracts
- Deep understanding of FAR, government contracting procedures, and bidding processes.
- Familiarity with medical device regulations, classifications, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contract terms and conditions to protect company interests.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with government agencies, internal teams, and legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration: Manage the contract lifecycle including tracking deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics to ensure timely project completion.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Analyze government RFPs, identify key requirements, and develop competitive proposals that align with company capabilities and pricing strategies. Contract Amendments: Manage contract modifications and amendments to address changing requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all contracts comply with federal regulations like the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FDA guidelines, and relevant healthcare laws.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like sales, engineering, legal, and finance to coordinate contract execution and address any issues that arise.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
