Client Service Associate Responsibilities :

• Work alongside Wealth Advisors to provide exceptional service to UHNW Clients.
• Handle custodians and internal operational duties to ensure proper processing and handling of requests.
• Assist with portfolio rebalancing, including document preparation and fund transfers.
• Prepare documentation for new accounts, contracts, and subscription agreements.
• Oversee the opening and closing of accounts, including SMAs and brokerage accounts.
• Manage Know Your Client (KYC) profiles and conduct necessary searches.
• Handle cash and security transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, gifts, wires, and journals.
• Support the creation of presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Prepare performance reports for clients.
• Regularly update and maintain client databases and portfolio / account management tools
