Job Description
This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.
This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation. This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.
International SOS is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and assessment of initiatives designed to enhance patient care, operational effectiveness, and overall health outcomes. The Deputy Program Manager will assist in coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that programs are in alignment with the strategic objectives of the facility as well as adhering to regulatory standards. This role will be vital in fostering collaboration among teams and driving improvements in program delivery and health services.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
Compensation Min: $75,000 Max: $160,000

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of healthcare programs focused on addressing patient needs, enhancing care delivery, and supporting the facility’s overall goals.
- Support the oversight of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they progress effectively and are completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards.
- Help develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation while complying with financial policies and practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and external partners to facilitate successful program execution and guarantee alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using key metrics, and recommend improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, maintaining adherence to local, state, and federal laws.
- Identify potential risks related to program implementation and operation and assist in developing strategies for effective risk mitigation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial status for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support and guide program staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency through innovative solutions and best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience in program management or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in a relevant healthcare field of study.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
- Current MRPT Clearance preferred.
