This Position is Contingent on Contract Award.
International SOS is looking for qualified individuals to provide program analysis on sexual assault incident data for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) at CNIC Headquarters. The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force plus their eligible family members; active duty members of foreign military services who are stationed in the area; reserve military personnel and their family members when they are eligible for military medical care, military members designated as severely wounded, ill and injured and their identified caretakers and, on a space available basis, military retirees and their family members and widows, eligible family members of military decedents and other groups as directed and authorized by higher authorities in response to special circumstances.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides sexual assault incident data collection, response coordination, case management, victim advocacy and awareness and prevention education to active duty and adult family members. The services provided at the installation level under the SAPR Program are, by law, inherently governmental.
- Provide Pre- and Post-Deployment SAPR training using Navy standardized curricula, when not provided by SAPR personnel.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations; pertinent laws, regulations, and relevant policies related to the SAPR programs, operations and service delivery.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned programs.
- Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in developing new procedures and approaches to identify and resolve significant issues and problems.
- Must have the ability to prepare and conduct management briefings to communicate recommendations to supervisory authority.
- Individual should be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Basic program awareness and understanding to provide information and referral of customers to responsible SAPR staff. SAPR staffing functions on this contract are otherwise limited to headquarters military management and program analysis.
- Demonstrated experience providing analyst services is required.
- Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program Analysts shall possess a broad range of specialized work experience including working with family programs, military or civilian social service agencies, and/or is a military family member with full understanding of the military lifestyle.
- Strong oral and written communication, assessment, data management, and advocacy skills are required.
- Knowledge of the FFSMIS system is desired but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
