What You'll Do
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, and networking technologies. Familiarity with Azure AD, Citrix Virtual Desktops, Salesforce, PowerShell scripting, Telco troubleshooting, and SolarWinds.
Experience: 3 years supporting end-users, 2 years managing Office 365, and hands-on experience resolving hardware/software issues, installing network equipment, and managing escalations.
Additional Skills: Vendor management, software lifecycle management, procedure development, and training junior team members.

- Work with cloud and compliance teams to optimize system goals.
- Support server patching and perform Active Directory audits.
- Manage escalations, train junior team members, and maintain vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent technical field experience
- This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
