Opportunity
We are looking for an in-person full time (Monday to Friday) Medical Records Technician for our clinic in Anchorage, AK. The primary duties of this role involve the maintenance, filing, distribution and quality control of patient records, which includes medical and COVID testing records. The position is responsible for disbursing patient test results and related information to clients according to established federal, non-federal and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multitask and manage paper and electronic information / data. This position requires proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe. The Medical Records Technician is accountable for accurate storage and filing of patient records and related information, timely response to client questions and support needs, and delivery of excellent customer service. This position routinely performs research and processing of requests for clients, third party administrators and private patients.
